What form of Payments do you accept?: When shopping online, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Google Payments, Paypal Payments, and checks or money orders. When paying by check or money order online, payment must be received within 10 days of placing the order.
When is my payment due?: When shopping online, you may pay instantly by clicking the add to cart button next to the items you would like to purchase.
When can I expect my order to arrive?: We try to ship most items out within 3 business days after payment has cleared. Items that are unusually large or heavy may have a little longer delay due to getting them safely & securely packaged for your delivery. If for some reason we are out of stock on a particular item there may be a 7-14 day delay in processing your order. We will do our best to make sure your item is shipped as quickly as possible and we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping to expedite how quickly you receive your package.
Do you combine shipping on your items?: Yes we combine shipping when safely possible. We sell such a large variety of items that it’s hard to have a flat combined shipping policy. However, Items that can be shipped safely together will be. We say safely because 12 books wouldn’t ship safely with delicate coin wrappers. But a folder would be fine. Email us your zip code and which items you are interested in and we will do our best to give you as accurate a quote as possible.
Can I add my eBay items to my web order?: We would be glad to add items to your order however any items purchased on eBay must include the posted shipping fees or combined shipping fees for multiple items, any items from the website will cost a flat fee for the entire order.
How do I upgrade my shipping to expedited or insured?: We are happy to offer many USPS and UPS service upgrades. Just email us your needs and we can send you an invoice to accommodate your requests.
