2007 George Washington Presidential Gold Dollar P Mint

The United States Mint will mint and issue four Presidential $1 coins per year, and each will have a reverse design featuring a striking rendition of the Statue of Liberty. These coins will have several features that are unique to United States circulating coinage. The composition of the new Presidential $1 Coins will be identical to that of the Golden Dollar featuring Sacagawea. The first coin of the 2007 Presidential Dollar Coin Program, the George Washington $1 Coin features the First United States President from 1789-1797.
